COMMON SHIPPING QUESTIONS

- Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Spain and internationally to the US, UK, EU, Canada, Japan, China and Australia.
- Will my order include tracking?
Yes, all packages are sent with tracking. I understand that tracked shipping can be costly, especially for international orders—I truly wish I could influence those rates. Unfortunately, the mail system isn’t perfect and packages can occasionally go missing. As I’m unable to replace lost or stolen items free of charge, tracked shipping is the best way to ensure your new piece arrives safely.
Orders that qualify for free shipping (over €200) will also be sent tracked.
- Where will my order ship from, and how long will it take?
All orders are handmade and shipped from my studio in Barcelona, Spain. For international orders, please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Most pieces are made to order to reduce waste, so please allow 10-15 business days for production before your jewellery ships (unless otherwise stated in the product’s description).
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM JEWELLERY?
Yes! I’m happy to create custom rings, earrings, or necklaces. Feel free to reach out via the contact page or message me on Instagram @hoh.jewelry—I’d love to hear your ideas.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK?
As a one-woman studio, everything is made in small batches. If something you love is sold out, don’t hesitate to message me—I may be able to remake it. Please note that some pieces feature unique elements and may not be restocked.
WHEN ARE NEW COLLECTIONS RELEASED?
I release new designs as often as I can, though timing can vary. The best way to stay updated is by following me on Instagram @hoh.jewelry or subscribing to the newsletter.
HOW DO I KNOW MY RING SIZE?
It’s important to know your correct ring size before ordering, as I’m unable to resize most pieces once they’re made. You can find guidance on sizing under How to Measure My Ring Size.
