  • ORDER PROCESSING:
    Please allow 2-4 weeks to process your order. Expect an email within those weeks to let you know your order is on the way.

 

  • LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

 

  • TRACKED SHIPPING INCLUDED IN ALL ORDERS
    Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 weeks using Correos España tracked delivery.

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Heart of Hearts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


  • REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 
    We won’t accept refunds, returns or exchanges in custom items.
    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info.hoh.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
